Here's how I build and launch my Micro SaaS quickly nowadays
Turning Reddit Struggles into a Micro SaaS Win
One night, I was scrolling through Reddit with some popcorn. I noticed a lot of folks on /r/SaaS were frustrated—they couldn’t set up logins or paywalls for their apps. I couldn’t help but smile because I had a solution.
AI can help build apps super fast—almost like magic. But when it comes to logins and paywalls, things get tricky with databases and Stripe stuff.
Building logins used to make me really unhappy. I’d sit in front of messy code, trying to create a user table and an authentication system—everything would break.
Paywalls were even worse. Reading Stripe papers felt like trying to solve a puzzle with missing pieces.
It took me days, and I made a lot of mistakes. Even with AI to help, I burned through tons of Fast Requests in Cursor and still couldn’t figure it out. I just wanted a simpler way to validate my ideas quickly.
So, I asked my team to create Beag.io to tackle these tough tasks—and I started using it myself.
Here’s how I build and launch my Micro SaaS quickly nowadays.
Step 1: Pick a Problem from Reddit
Reddit is like a treasure chest of ideas. People post their problems every day.
I saw someone say, “Help! I need invoices from my CSV files!” That became my target—easy peasy.
You can find a problem too. Just look for something people want to fix, then try to solve it with your coding skills.
Step 2: v0 Makes It Pretty
Once I found the problem, it was time to create the prototype.
I’m not great at UI stuff (okay, I’m not good at a lot of things, ha!).
I let v0 handle it for me. I told v0, “Make a page where I can drop a CSV file, map the CSV header to the invoice fields, preview the invoice, and a button to download all invoices.” It gave me a nice page with buttons and boxes.
Then, I used Cursor to add functions to make the prototype work.
Step 3: Vibe-Code with Cursor
Cursor is my best buddy. I tell it what I want, and it writes the code.
I said, “Let me upload a CSV, match the pieces, and make invoices.” It did its job. I prompted it a few more times to tweak things until I got what I wanted.
I only added the important stuff. No extra junk. Just made sure my SaaS solved the problem people faced on Reddit. It’s quick because I just vibe and build.
Step 4: Beag.io Locks It Tight
Now my MVP is ready. Next, I need to add the login system and paywall.
Beag.io is my superhero in this step. It saves me from hard work.
I logged into Beag, typed my app’s name, and got a tiny code line. I pasted it into my app pages—like putting a lock on my door.
Now it has a login and a paywall with Stripe—boom, done! No database mess for me.
I can set up the login and paywall in just a few minutes using Beag.
Step 5: Make a Minimal Sales Page
Sales pages might sound big and scary—but mine is simple.
I wrote, “Bulk Invoices From CSV” on the header. I explained how it works, what users get, the pricing, and payment links from Beag, plus an FAQ.
I wrote the outline at a 3rd-grade level, put it into ChatGPT to make it sound professional, tweaked it a few times, and then pasted it onto my simple sales page.
It took just a few hours to pull this together. It’s not fancy, but it works. Just remember to solve a real problem for people.
I jumped back onto Reddit. I replied, “Hey, I made this for you—check it out!” with my sales page link. Some folks clicked on it, and some even made a purchase.
They were happy to have their problem solved, and I felt pretty good too.
Step 7: Do It Again and Again
Not just one person will have the same issue. Keep searching Reddit to find more problems, and reply to their posts with your SaaS link.
As you browse Reddit, you’ll find even more issues.
One app wasn’t enough. I found another Reddit wish: “I need a fast scheduler!” Same steps—v0, Cursor, Beag.io, sell. Done in just a few days.
It’s like building LEGO houses. Each one earns me a little money. And they add up to bigger recurring revenue.
Why Beag.io Is My Everyday Tool
Beag.io makes everything so easy. I’d be lost without it.
No database stuff to mess with. Stripe links pop up like magic. I don’t need to read the Stripe API or code anything myself.
My friend and I built it. You can try it for free! It’s perfect for quick app makers like us.
My Small Win: CSV2Invoice.com
Want to see it in action? I created CSV2Invoice.com from a Reddit idea. People in the EU needed invoices from CSV files. I built it, locked it with Beag.io, and sold it.
You Can Do This Too!
You don’t need to be a coding wizard. Just jump in. Find a Reddit problem, use v0 and Cursor, then add Beag.io. Sell it fast—and help solve people’s problems.
What’s your idea? Tell me in the comments—I want to root for you!
Try Beag.io for free, and let’s build together!
